What we collect and why

When you use the Register Interest form on this website we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number if provided, the area you're interested in, whether you're a landlord or a tenant, and your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate, and the performance of any contract that follows.

We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Who processes your data

Form submissions are delivered to us by email. Our website is hosted by Railway and transactional email is delivered by Resend, both acting as processors on our behalf. We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses browser session storage to remember that you have seen our opening animation; this stores no personal information and expires when you close your browser. We may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used; where these set cookies, the data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.

Your rights
